A graduate of The Hair Design School (now Empire Beauty School), Class of 2009, she has spent more than 15 years helping women embrace, understand, and care for their natural textured hair.

Specializing in healthy hair care, silk presses, color, and customized treatments, Charlie believes beautiful hair begins with healthy hair. Her approach goes beyond creating stunning results—she is passionate about educating her clients, building their confidence, and giving them the knowledge to maintain healthy hair long after they leave her chair.
